Testimonials
RBC Group and Royal Trust
“I thoroughly enjoyed working and collaborating with Eileen on ground breaking consumer research that we used in PR to position RBC as a thought leader and the go-to- company for Wealth Management and Investing. With the benefit of Eileen’s creativity, the research polls we did were used to drive many marketing and communication programs and content across all channels. This helped build the reputation and brand positioning of the firm in a unique and compelling way for clients and supported the business development efforts of our financial advisors. From a communication perspective Eileen developed key messaging that supported our “advice-oriented” platform and our “results” measured by media impressions grew to over 100 million through our trained spokespeople. With the help of Eileen we rarely missed a media opportunity and the quality of the work was excellent. In short we had a communication program was the envy of the industry and Senior Management. I would not hesitate to recommend Eileen as a personable, hard-working and results-oriented communication professional who gets results.” Allan Schlar
MSA Research Inc. & CatIQ Inc.
I have known Eileen since 2011. Over that time she has helped me and my organizations in many ways. She has helped us think through various communications strategies, write and/or fine-tune key messages, media materials, website content, various announcements, speeches and presentations. And she has provided guidance for both traditional and social media. Eileen is always a pleasure to work with. She takes pride in what she does and goes the extra mile to accommodate her clients. I have no hesitation in wholeheartedly recommending Eileen for strategic and top notch quality communications support. Joel Baker
Financial Planning Standards Council (FPSC)
“I brought Eileen on at Financial Planners* Standards Council (FPSC) in 2003, and I left her there in 2008 – my parting gift to the organization! While I hired Eileen as our off-site media relations consultant, she quickly became an integral member of our overall marketing and communications team – bringing her energy, passion, creative thinking, public relations expertise and meticulous executions to a number of ground-breaking community outreach and public relations programs. Eileen forged the foundation of the excellent media relations FPSC still enjoys today, and which was invaluable in building the CFP™ and organizational brands at their earliest stages. What I value most about Eileen is her forthrightness in insisting on a level of professionalism that made us all very proud. I relish the idea of working with her again and again.”
*NOTE: I (Chadnick Communications) was engaged with FPSC for more than 10 years (2002-2013). The organization changed name to Financial Planning Standards Council in 2009.
Ann BowmanCentennial College
“I hired Eileen (Chadnick Communications) when I worked at Centennial College as Director, Marketing & Communications. For several years, Eileen served as a trusted communications advisor, developing media strategies and solutions for various needs and opportunities within the college. She helped us define clear and compelling key messages, develop materials, and provided superb coaching for identified spokespeople to tell our story with positive impact. Eileen worked closely with me, my team-members and others within the organization. She worked well on the inside of our college, mentoring and coaching team-members on media issues. In particular, I recall a media relations training session that she delivered to college leaders and administrators that substantially boosted our media know-how and confidence! You could not ask for a better PR consultant and partner than Eileen. She is a go-to resource for wise media relations counsel. She delivers results. And, she is always a pleasure to work with.” Madelyn Herschorn
Jewish Foundation of Greater Toronto
The Jewish Foundation of Greater Toronto, UJA Federation’s planned gift and endowment arm, hired Eileen for various projects over the years for communications and facilitation assistance. The annual Book of Life program is one in particular that I’ve worked closely with Eileen. Now in its 13th year (as of 2016), The Book of Life records and shares the inspiring stories of community donors who have left a legacy for the future through the Jewish Foundation of Greater Toronto. These stories reflect our donors’ deepest beliefs about tzedakah (giving), community and Jewish continuity. Eileen has been involved from the inception of the program in 2003, and is one of a very small group of writers involved in this program. She has had the challenging job of distilling our donors’ rich stories into just a few hundred words. She meets with our donors (individuals, couples, families) who speak to her about their life experiences, memories and beliefs. Often the stories shared span decades of experiences reflecting hardship, joy, loss, adversity, recovery, and triumph. Eileen brings the ability to distill and vividly describe our donors’ most cherished life-values while retaining the distinctive tone and voice of the individual storytellers. Her writing skills are exceptional, yet they are equaled by her genuinely warm and personable manner when conducting interviews. I am honoured to work with her and the community at large is fortunate to have someone so talented to help record life-stories and meaningful legacies for future generations to enjoy. Janice Benatar
