My mission is to inspire personal, professional, and organizational well-being by fostering communications and leadership excellence. With more than 25 years of experience I have a vast toolbox to bring to my work today. While Chadnick Communications was established in 1998, my story began years before that…..
The Short Version…
In 1998, after eight years working for leading PR agencies and the Canadian banks, Eileen Chadnick tested her entrepreneurial mettle and was amongst the early wave of professionals to embark in the freelance world, establishing her own independent communications consultancy, Chadnick Communications. Over the years (throughout her career) Eileen has served an enviable roster of clients including: Financial Planning Standards Council/FPSC (10 years!), Royal Trust/Royal Bank, Fidelity Investments, BPI (later merged with CI), Dr. Oetker (launched Ristorante Pizza), Centennial College, Microsoft, Pitney Bowes; UJA Federation …and many others.
Eileen has led breakthrough campaigns from strategy through execution helping clients establish, advance, and protect their brands. Known to bring quality counsel, break-through solutions and impeccable implementation, Eileen has earned the trust of her clients as well as industry accolades including the prestigious Gold Quill and Ovation awards from International Association of Business Communicators for writing and media relations campaigns. Most importantly, Eileen has consistently developed successful, mutually-rewarding and productive relationships with her clients, many of whom have expressed accolades for her work and the trust, partnership and collaboration she brings as a trusted advisor, thinking partner, strategic guide and hands-on ‘doer’.
In 2003, Eileen added another dimension to her work and expanded her toolkit to serve clients with even more services. With the introduction of Big Cheese Coaching (and extensive study and certification in professional coaching and related fields) Eileen began to work with leaders and organizations to help them develop their ‘leadership-ability’. Over the years, Eileen has worked with hundreds of leaders. She has dug deep into the areas of neuroscience, the science of positivity, emotional intelligence, leadership — and more recently, the burgeoning discipline of Conversational Intelligence®(C-IQ®). She brings the latest in evidence-based science and years of her own experience to help leaders and organizations communicate better and navigate their work and lives with more efficacy, ease and success.
Communications is not a stand-alone service. Today Eileen’s two ‘sister companies’ work in sync to help organizations, leaders and talent (across the spectrum of sectors and experience) develop more robust communications and leadership efficacy — from the ‘inside-out’.
Three Pillars — Offering a myriad of services within three integrated pillars: Leadership-ability; Engagement and culture; and Communications
Whether you need help with words, strategy, content — or to further develop your own communications ‘muscle’ and that of your teams, I can build the right program for (and with) you. My services are available as part of a continuum of offerings and are not meant as ‘stand-alone’ menu items. I serve best when we understand your needs, wants, goals, strengths, gaps.
A Longer Version of My Story….
There’s much more to the story but how to put into paragraphs the ‘sum of its parts’ of more than two and half decades of deep experience working with top tier brands, organizations, and hundreds of leaders from a vast array of sectors? I’ve developed a rich toolbox bringing skills, knowledge, experience in both the communications arena and the professional domains of personal/professional well-being through coaching, training and behaviour science. I’d love to share more….
